Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ (Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ) is the trading name of Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ Limited, a not-for-profit, incorporated entity, with a Board that are responsible for the governance of the School.
The Islamic Co-ordinating Council of Victoria (ICCV) owns the land on which the college operates and the ICCV Board of members are also the same on the Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ Board.Â
The duty of the Board is to ensure that the School’s fundamental principles embodied in its Values and Ethos are carried out and implemented. The Board is responsible for the strategic direction, financial management and legal obligations of the school.
The Board have controls in place to ensure school property and assets are not distributed or used for the profit or gain of another person or entity. And it is accountable to the School’s broad community of stakeholders for the good governance of the School.Â
The Principal is not a member of the Board but reports to the Board on a monthly basis. The principal has the ability to speak at meetings but not vote on any decisions.

Our mission is to provide a positive
learning environment where staff and students work cooperatively to achieve their best, developing a commitment to continuous learning. The core values of the school are learning, achievement, respect, commitment and fairness.
 We acknowledge the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation as the traditional custodians of the land we pray, teach, and learn on, and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
